development programs and mentoringWork for an organisation recognised for its people-first culture and employee engagementTHE ROLETake ownership of the Accounts Receivable function and support day-to-day operationsManage complex billing, payments, allocations, journals, credits and account adjustmentsMonitor aged debtors and proactively manage collections activitiesHandle escalated customer and stakeholder queries with professionalism and empathyPerform reconciliations, reporting and month-end activitiesAssist with government funding reconciliations and administrative requirementsMaintain accurate financial records across customer, bond and accommodation accountsPartner closely with operational teams to resolve issues and improve outcomesIdentify opportunities to enhance systems, controls and processesAct as a senior team member, providing guidance and support to junior staff where requiredTHE PERSONExperience within Accounts Receivable, Collections or a similar finance roleDemonstrated experience managing complex billing and reconciliation processesStrong understanding of debtor management and customer account administrationNatural leadership qualities with the desire to mentor and develop othersStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience within Aged Care, Health Care, NFP or Retirement Living environments will be highly regardedIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsProcess improvement mindset with the ability to identify efficienciesERP systems experience is advantageous
