Deliver Major Infrastructure Projects That Shape the Future of Northern AustraliaAirport Development Group (ADG) is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our Capital Projects team and play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of airport and infrastructure projects across our airports.Reporting to the Director of Capital, you will act as ADG's representative throughout the project lifecycle, providing governance, oversight and assurance to ensure capital projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with approved business cases, funding requirements and strategic objectives.This is an exciting chance for a project delivery professional who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and enjoys influencing outcomes through strong governance, commercial acumen and contractor management.About the RoleAs Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of capital proposals and projects within ADG's capital program.
You will work closely with external consultants, contractors, executive stakeholders and operational teams to ensure projects progress through the appropriate governance frameworks and achieve desired business outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Managing the delivery and governance of capital projects across the ADG portfolioActing as the primary interface between ADG and external delivery partnersMonitoring contractor and consultant performance against contractual obligations and KPIsConducting project assurance reviews, compliance audits and governance assessmentsReviewing project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, variations and commercial performancePreparing and presenting project reports, recommendations and governance submissionsSupporting Executive, Capital Investment Committee and Board approval processesBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators and industry partnersEnsuring compliance with safety, environmental,



regulatory and operational requirementsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Essential Experience & Qualifications:Degree qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience delivering or overseeing infrastructure, construction or capital works projectsStrong understanding of project governance, controls and capital investment processesExperience managing contractor and consultant performanceProven capability in project assurance, compliance, audit or governance activitiesStrong commercial and contractual management skillsExceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systemsAbility to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)Ability to successfully complete an Australian Federal Police CheckCurrent NT Driver's LicenceDesirable:Experience within aviation, transport, defence or critical infrastructure sectorsExperience working with outsourced project management and engineering consultanciesProgramme Management Office (PMO) experienceMembership of AIPM, PMI or equivalent professional bodyWhy ADG?
