As we continue our digital transformation journey, we are investing heavily in the platforms, systems and technology that will drive our next stage of growth.We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Platform Lead to join our high-performing E-Commerce team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our online business.
Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, you will act as the second‐in‐command for the function, leading major strategic technology initiatives including ERP integration, front‐end platform replatforming, systems integration, automation and data management.
This is a rare opportunity to influence the direction of a growing omnichannel business while delivering large‐scale transformation projects.What You'll Be DoingLead the delivery of MTO's e-commerce strategic roadmapDrive the implementation of a new e-commerce platform (Shopify, BigCommerce or Neto/Maropost)Support ERP replatforming initiatives,



including NetSuite integration projectsManage complex data integrations and API connectivity across business systemsIdentify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalabilityPartner with internal stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to deliver successful outcomesAssist in leading and developing a small e-commerce systems and projects teamAct as deputy for the Head of E-Commerce when requiredWhat We're Looking For5+ years' experience leading e-commerce, digital or systems projectsExperience with ERP systems and implementation projectsExposure to platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce or Neto/MaropostStrong understanding of APIs, integrations and large data environmentsDemonstrated project governance and vendor management experienceLeadership capability with the ability to influence and engage stakeholdersA commercially minded professional who thrives in a rapid-paced, evolving environmentWhy Join Us?
