Sodexo is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a 6-month fixed-term role to lead health, safety and workplace across our Queensland team.
You will report to the HSE Lead (East) and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance on-site.Responsibilities include audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and mentoring a FIFO‐rostered team of HSE Advisors, with travel to QLD and SA as required.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential.
