You will handle technical enquiries, support Insnrg staff and help resolve challenging pool-system faults.The role combines on-site field visits with remote technical support, commissioning Insnrg equipment and reviewing plant-room layouts with customers.
You will also provide feedback to improve manuals and training materials, and contribute to a diverse, hands-on technical
