To share in the joy and provide support through the challenges of raising little ones by empowering parents to make the best choices for their families.Your Recent RoleAs our Customer Marketing Coordinator, you'll help build and deliver personalised communications across email, SMS and web push.Working within our Loyalty team, you'll coordinate customer campaigns from brief through to testing, deployment and reporting.

You'll help deliver timely, targeted campaigns that provide value beyond promotions, while gaining firsthand experience within an evolving loyalty and personalisation team.Like what you hear so far?
Here's what's ahead of you:Build and deliver in-market campaigns across email, SMS and web pushCoordinate briefs, content, creative, approvals and timelinesManage the communications schedule alongside broader marketing activityComplete quality checks across copy, links, audiences and renderingSupport customer segmentation and personalised messagingMonitor results and identify opportunities to improve performanceAssist with A/B testing and campaign reportingSupport Baby Bunting Family loyalty communicationsIf you've gotten this far, then you're up for the challenge.
I'm not going to give you the usual laundry list of requirements, but this stuff is pretty much essential:A degree in marketing, communications,



business or a related fieldAround two to three years' experience in marketing, CRM or digital communicationsExposure to delivering email, SMS or digital campaignsExcellent attention to detail with strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skills with confidence working with different stakeholdersAn interest in customer data, campaign performance and personalisationA proactive approach and willingness to learnThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environmentIt would be nice, but not essential, if you also come with:An interest in using AI tools to improve marketing workflowExposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Emarsys or a similar platformKnowledge of the Spam Act, customer privacy and marketing complianceExperience with segmentation, reporting or A/B testingWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU...We're accelerating our growth across Australia and New Zealand – when we grow, you grow!
