You will have proven high-quality patient care, be passionate about GP Clinical care and committed to delivering excellent clinical care and patient education.Qualifications & Experience:Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Preferably a minimum of 2 years nursing experience in General PracticeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdaptable and open to change and innovationCurrent CPR certificatePrevious experience in General PracticeKnowledge of childhood and adult immunisationsExperience in chronic disease managementComputer skills (experience with Best Practice is highly desirable)Ability to multi-task and manage workflow in a treatment roomTasks & Responsibilities:Patient triage and managementAdminister immunisations and other injectionsPerform ECGs, spirometry, and ear syringingConduct wound management procedures and assist GPs during minor surgeriesDevelop care plans, conduct health assessments, and support patients with chronic illnessesInfection control and sterilisation processProviding patient education and supportSupport reception staff as needed and moreAbout UsAusdocs Group owns and manages a number of GP medical centres across Australia.
