This part time casual role runs 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with responsibilities spanning high-volume email/live chat support, order and prescription handling, and pharmacy operations to keep processes moving efficiently.You'll work across customer service and hands-on dispensary tasks, prioritising accuracy and speed while embracing AI tools to improve customer experience.
