The home offers comfortable accommodation, communal living spaces, beautifully maintained gardens and outdoor areas designed to promote wellbeing, dignity and meaningful social connection for residents.We are looking for Enrolled Nurses to join our aged care team at Roshana Lysterfield Aged Care, in a(permanent part‐time) capacity.About the RoleAs an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting the wellbeing of our residents.
You will be a trusted presence on the floor – providing hands‐on care, supporting your team, and building meaningful connections with residents and their families.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role suited to someone who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about aged care.What You Will Be DoingDeliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care in line with care plansAdminister medications and treatments within scope of practiceMonitor, assess, and document residents' health conditions and report changes promptlySupport and guide care staff to ensure high standards of careBuild positive relationships with residents, families,
