The participant has complex care needs, specifically cerebral palsy and mental health challenges.We require two reliable professionals to cover a comprehensive roster comprising both day shifts and inactive night shifts (sleepovers).
Candidates must be comfortable staying on-site overnight in an inactive capacity, remaining available only if an urgent need arises.Note: Genuine occupational requirements apply.
Sunshine Help references Section 28 of the Equal Prospect Act **** (Vic) regarding gender-specific care for this position.
Specific cultural compatibility, lifestyle alignment, and communication style form a critical part of our selection criteria to match the direct household preferences of the participant.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver tailored physical, emotional, and psychosocial support as an independent provider.Assist with complex daily living routines, including high-quality personal care, mobility management,
