You will support them with day to day living while sharing stories, laughter, and moments that truly matter.
This is a fast paced, hands‐on role where no two shifts are the same – ideal if you enjoy staying busy, being on your feet, and making a visible difference.We are looking for an Aged Carer to join our aged care team at Roshana Lysterfield Aged Care, in a casual or part-time capacity.
The successful candidate must be available for morning, afternoon and night shifts.What You Will Be DoingDeliver warm, respectful personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene) in line with each resident's individual choices and preferences.Support residents with mobility, meals, and daily routines so they can remain as independent as possibleBring energy to social, lifestyle, and cultural activities – from music and games to walks and conversationsFollow individual care plans to provide safe, high-quality,
