Opal HealthCare, Australia's largest residential aged care provider, is seeking a hands-on Chef to travel across Greater Sydney and the Central West.
You will bring a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and substantial Head Chef experience in aged care or similar settings, creating nutritious meals and delivering exceptional dining.
You will cover Head Chef and Sous Chef duties, ensure food safety compliance, and travel between sites with a weekday roster from 9am-5pm.
