You will manage guest services, set priorities, and drive guest satisfaction while collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced workplace.
The role requires experience with OPERA PMS or similar, and proven managerial experience, with working rights in Australia.
You will foster a welcoming culture and oversee team development and guest engagement to support revenue
