Mater Private Hospital Mackay is seeking an experienced Midwifery Unit Manager to lead the Women and Children's Unit on a permanent full time basis, with relocation assistance and accommodation provided.
You will provide operational and clinical management to the maternity service, mentor a skilled team of nurses and midwives, and drive safety, quality and patient-centred care across the unit.
You'll work closely with obstetricians and support services to optimise outcomes.
