PointsBet is hiring an IT Support Engineer to keep staff productive and secure across Australia, Canada and Japan.
The role covers end-user support, identity and access management, device management and office operations in a hybrid setup (Melbourne office 4+ days).
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT service desk, solid MS 365/Entra ID skills, and experience with Windows/macOS devices.
Jira Service Management and ITIL experience are preferred.
