We are looking for a fun-loving and creativeLifestyle Facilitatorto join our team atNorthridge Aged Care.
From arts and crafts to games, music and special events, you'll help create memorable moments and bring smiles to our residents' days.
Location: Toowoomba
Remuneration: $***** ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Employee Discounts & Benefits
Employment Type: Permanent Part-time | 4 shifts per fortnight
Roster: Monday & Thursday | Hours: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm | Additional shifts (Possibility of extra days)

We are looking for someone who iswarm, engaging, and client-focused, with a genuine passion for enriching the lives of others.
Whether you have experience facilitating group activities or simply have a creative skill or hobby you'd love to share, we would love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Planning and facilitatingindividual and group creative lifestyle activitiestailored to residents' interests and abilities.
Collaborating with residents, families, and care staff toassess and meet social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Ensuring that all residents, including those unable to participate in group activities, feel supported and engaged.
Providingtechnical assistance, such as setting up virtual meetings or digital engagement tools.
Building strong relationships and fostering a welcoming and inclusive community for all residents.
