WE'RE HIRING!
VENUE MANAGERS – 2 POSITIONS
Salary: $85,000–$90,000 per annum | Immediate Start Preferred
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking hands‐on Venue Managers who understand the hospitality industry, thrive in a fast‐paced environment, and know how to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily venue operations and ensure smooth, productive service.
Lead, motivate, train and manage hospitality staff.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
Manage rostering, staff performance and day‐to‐day operational requirements.
Maintain food safety, workplace health and safety, and responsible service standards.
Monitor stock, control costs and contribute to venue profitability.
Ensure the venue is clean, organised,



welcoming and professionally presented.
Support coffee service and maintain high standards of beverage preparation.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Help grow sales, improve service standards and create a positive team culture.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality, venue management or a supervisory role.
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification – essential.
Practical coffee-making and barista experience – essential.
Robust leadership, communication and people‐management skills.
Excellent customer service and problem‐solving abilities.
A hands‐on attitude and the ability to lead by example.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a busy environment.
Flexibility to work across relevant hospitality shifts, including weekends where required.
