We're looking for a Junior Plant Coordinator to join our Plant Allocations Team and assist with coordinating our fleet, operators, customers and subcontractors.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, talking to people, solving problems and learning how a busy operation works.You'll work closely with our Managers, Supervisors and Allocators, helping make sure the right equipment and people are in the right place at the right time.What You'll Be DoingAssisting with the allocation of plant and equipment including floats, loaders, crushers, excavators, bulldozers, tractors and dump trucksHelping coordinate staff, operators and subcontractorsAssisting with scheduling jobs and equipmentCommunicating with customers, suppliers and subcontractorsAnswering incoming calls and assisting with customer enquiriesPreparing quotes for special projectsMaintaining job sheets and allocation diariesProcessing employee timesheets and checking job billingHelping coordinate vehicle and machine maintenanceAssisting with driver rosters and fatigue managementAssisting with permits for oversized equipment movementsSupporting our WHS,
