the kind that sets up a long‐term career, not just a job.Client ServiceDeliver high-quality service across underwriting and claimsRespond to enquiries and elevate complex matters as neededAccount ManagementManage quotes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations and policy changesMaintain accurate client records from onboarding through renewalClaims SupportLodge and process claim within authorityLiaise with suppliers, follow up on outstanding matters, and assist with dispute resolutionAdministration & ComplianceHandle receipting, filing, credit control, banking and complianceWork within internal policies and the Salesforce CRMBusiness SupportAssist with proposals, marketing activity and tailored insurance solutionsStay current with industry changes and best practiceWhat We're Looking ForExperience in customer service, call centres, administration, sales or client supportStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational abilityA genuine willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industryBusiness or rural/farming background (highly regarded, not essential)Reliable, with a positive, can-do attitude and a real concern for accuracy and qualityExperience & AccreditationAssistant Account Executive: no insurance experience required - full training and mentoring providedSenior Account Executive: prior insurance experience preferredTier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation under the Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA) is required for this role - if you don't already hold it, we'll support you to obtain it as part of your trainingSatisfactory National Police Check and ASIC clearance required prior to commencementFlexible work arrangements available after successful completion of trainingSalary & PackageCompetitive remuneration within entry-to-mid insurance levels, negotiated with the successful applicantSalary aligned to experience and role levelLong-term growth and salary progression as your skills and capability develop
