We are seeking an Operations Assistant Manager to lead staffing and bar operations behind Sydney's largest festivals.
You will recruit, onboard and supervise staff, brief teams, manage rosters across multiple zones, and ensure RSA compliance, safety and high service standards during live events.
Evening and weekend work is expected.
