Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
Engaging factory workers to continually achieve targets.

Factory Manager Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Computer skills as well as quality control.
The ability to multitask.
Problem-solving skills.
Mechanically minded.
Knowledge of accounting software, Truck license, packing machine operation and knowledge of fishing and baits would be an advantage.
