Sunnyfield's Community Hub in McCabe near Gosford is hiring a disability support worker.
Deliver personalised support, assist with personal care, and help develop social activities while building trusting relationships with participants and families.
You will maintain records and follow safe practices in a agile team environment.
Regular and flexible rosters are required, with shifts between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
