Focus Connect is seeking a compassionate Home Care Support Worker to assist older adults in the Northern Sydney area, including Epping, West Ryde, Pymble and Hornsby.
The role offers casual/part time hours (approx. ***** hours per week), Monday to Friday, in clients' homes and communities.
You will provide personal care, domestic support, and social engagement while building trust and promoting independence.
A relevant qualification and checks are required.
