Springboard in Burwood, NSW is seeking a Trainer and Assessor to support SEE/AMEP students.
You will engage learners using effective teaching techniques, conduct pre-training assessments and tailor training to meet contract requirements, while maintaining a student-centred approach.
The role requires current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education with TESOL or a degree plus TESOL qualification, and a commitment to inclusive education and improving learners' LLN skills.
