The Gordon in Geelong seeks a Senior Implementation Lead for the Centre of Excellence in Disability Inclusion (CoEDI).
Reporting to the Program Director, you will lead implementation and change activities to translate innovations into everyday practice across The Gordon and partner organisations.
You will establish the operating model, coordinate across teams and stakeholders, support adoption of new resources and frameworks, and realise perks from planning through delivery.
