This permanent full-time role oversees daily operations for food, cleaning and laundry, providing hands-on leadership and coaching to the team to maintain service excellence.
You will ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to high standards while fostering robust relationships with residents, families and stakeholders.
Availability to work weekends when required is expected.
