Mercy Health in Wyndham (WA) is seeking an experienced RPN for a permanent full time position within a multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Team at Wyndham Clinic.
The role focuses on high-quality mental health assessments, formulations and linked recommendations for clients referred to the service.
You will provide consultation to referring teams, participate in regular multidisciplinary reviews, and support clients and carers with timely, responsive care.
