HammondCares Dementia Support Australia unit is seeking a dedicated Dementia Consultant for a fixed-term contract to June ****, based in the Malvern office.
You will work across hospital to aged care settings, applying biopsychosocial approaches to support people living with dementia and families.
You will implement practical, non-pharmacological strategies to prevent and respond to behaviour changes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life and care outcomes.
