Southern Cross Care is hiring a Care Coordinator (Part Time) across McCracken Views - Victor Harbor and Sandpiper Lodge - Goolwa.
You will lead nursing and personal care teams, ensure holistic, person-centered care, and support the Care Manager in daily operations while applying clinical judgement to care plans.
The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration, current First Aid and CPR, and prior leadership experience in aged care.
