Represent Highfield Care at industry events, networking and stakeholder meetings to increase local visibility
Work closely with the care team to ensure growth aligns with exceptional client outcomes and KPIs are met or exceeded
Provide direct feedback to leadership to influence service offerings and expansion strategy
About the role

Your profile
Experienced: 1-3+ years in sales, business development, or account management
A natural ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, from clinical professionals to clients and families
A driven strategic mindset with the initiative to identify and act on recent opportunities
Living on the Sunshine Coast with a strong existing connection to or knowledge of the Sunshine Coast community
Knowledge of or eager to learn Aged Care funding and referral pathways
Hold a valid driver's licence
