plating and presentation in line with the café menuKeep the coffee machine, grinder and equipment clean and operational throughout serviceMonitor and restock coffee supplies, milk and consumables to ensure uninterrupted serviceMaintain a clean, tidy and welcoming café environment alwaysComplete opening and closing duties, cleaning schedules and food safety compliance tasksSupport the Café Manager and team wherever you're needed - this is an allrounder roleSkills and experienceBarista experience - confident with an espresso machine and proud of a well-made coffeeGenuine customer service skills and natural warmth with peopleAbility to work efficiently and maintain quality during busy café serviceWillingness to help across all areas of café operations - food service, cleaning, stock and moreKnowledge of food safety, WH&S; and hygiene standardsAwareness of dietary requirements and allergen considerationsExperience in aged care, healthcare or community hospitality highly regardedBarista training or demonstrated coffee experience (essential)Food Safety Supervisor Certification, or willingness to obtain (essential)Certificate II or III in Hospitality or equivalent (desirable)Ready to pour your passion into something that really matters?
