Your RoleYou will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the efficient and accurate management and processing of customer orders & inquiries to ensure the delivery of a great customer experience.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Managing and processing inbound customer contacts relating to order inquiries, order placement, product, supply, pricing& delivering questions (via phone & email)Composing accurate & prompt replies to all customer correspondenceReviewing and entering customer ordersMaintaining & updating the databaseProcessing credits & returns; opening recent customer accounts; preparing quotesRequired Skills & Experience:Previous experience in a product-based high-volume inbound customer service role including the processing of ordersAccurate keyboard skills and computer literacyExposure to Medical | Healthcare or FMCG industries an advantageExperience using SAP (or similar) preferredAt Recruitment Edge we strive to create an environment that values and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
