You will actively manage customer repairs and servicing, tag faulty products, liaise with service agents and suppliers, and keep the service database up-to-date.
You will also keep customers informed on repair progress, assist with admin tasks, run weekly reports, and organise stock deliveries.
A friendly, energetic team player with strong communication is essential.
