This role operates from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between the hours of 6:45am - 10:00pm, with occasional Saturday shifts from 6:45am - 5:00pm.As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeGreeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.What We're Looking ForClear verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.Relevant reception experience.Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.What We Can Offer YouWellbeing benefitsFitness passport,
