Continental Patisserie Aust Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pick and Packers to join our team on a casual basis.
Based in Silverwater NSW ****, this role is fundamental to ensuring our products are accurately selected, prepared and packaged to the highest standards for delivery to our customers.
As a Pick and Packer, you will be a key part of our operations team, working in a fast‐paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and efficiency are paramount.
This is a hands‐on position that directly impacts customer satisfaction and the smooth running of our logistics operations.What you'll be doingAccurately picking products from warehouse shelves and storage areas according to order specifications and pick listsInspecting products for quality and damage before packing to ensure only items meeting our standards are shippedCarefully packing products into boxes or containers using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transitLabelling and documenting packages with correct delivery information, order numbers and tracking detailsOrganising and stacking packed boxes in designated areas ready for collection and dispatchMaintaining accurate records of picked and packed items to ensure order accuracyOperating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficientlyKeeping work areas clean, tidy and organised in accordance with health and safety standardsWorking collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlinesFollowing all company policies, procedures and health and safety protocols at all timesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a Pick and Packer or in a similar warehouse or logistics role is highly desirableAbility to work accurately and efficiently in a fast‐paced,
