The overall purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional and memorable service to our guests.
You would be working in an enthusiastic team setting, ensuring all aspects of our guest experience exceeds expectations.
Meeting and greeting with a welcoming smile and building rapport with our amazing members while delivering efficient and friendly service throughout the business.

and Seagulls Tweed Heads.Your Key Priorities will be to:Provide efficient and friendly service to our members and guestsClear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidyEnsure accurate processing of cash and credit card transactionsUse in house systems to place ordersMaintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentationEffectively communicate with all patrons and staffThe Candidate:Full availability over a seven day weekA genuine desire to help people have a great experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsHold current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) certificationManual handling abilities are a must, combined with a love of being on your feetDiscounted rates on mealsFree gym membership at Norths FitnessBirthday leaveDynamic, energised, management team that is embracing change and focused on successAccess to Norths Collective AcademyWork for a Club that continues to reinvent its relevancy to its local communityExtensive training and developmentWe invest a lot in our people and offer significant on the job training.
