***An enthusiasm for the natural environment and working outdoors is essential.About the Role:We are currently seeking an employee to join our team for approximately ******* hours / 4-5 days per week from Monday to Friday for an immediate start.The position is on-going, beginningas an off-sider to a Leading Hand, whilst receiving in-house training, with the intention of development & promotion to Leading Hand.We pay above the industry award offering a starting rate of $***** +super per hour.
Applicants with experience and qualifications in horticulture and basic landscaping attract a higher rate of up to $39 per hour + super + take home vehicle.Duties & Responsibilities:Operate a range of garden & landscaping power toolsMow, snip & edge lawnsTrimming & shaping hedgesPruning & lopping small to medium treesWeed management, identification, & herbicide treatmentDaily work reportsMulch and fertilise green spacesOther basic property maintenance tasks that arise, and are required, outside of above duties
