Leading byexample, you will support and guide a team of care staff whilebuilding strong professional partnerships with our RegisteredNurses and wider multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receiveexceptional care and support.With a genuine commitment to supporting older people, you willplay an important role in promoting residents' independence,wellbeing and quality of life.
