About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and hands-on customer service representative.
This is a dynamic role that is responsible for customer service, gym operations, nutrition bar and administration & membership sales.
Position Overview
Provide exceptional customer service to visitors/members by addressing customer inquiries, complaints and issues promptly.Drive sales across memberships, supplements,



apparelaccessories and consumables to achieve individual and team sales targets.Demonstrate Solid understanding of Derrimut 24:7 offeringsPrepare and serve smoothies, coffees, and other beveragesMaintain cleanliness and uptake of facility and workstationsSupport administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory recordsAssisting in Events/Promotions and Class offerings
Our Ideal Candidate
Previous CSR, Sales and Retail experiencePassionate about Health & FitnessProven experience in achieving KPIs and Sales Targets.Must be 18 years of ageUnlimited Working RightsCurrent First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain)Food Safety Certificate (willing to obtain)
