This seasonal, full-time position is paid at casual rates and includes onsite accommodation.
The role involves creating seasonal cafe-style menus, managing stock, and delivering high-quality dishes while providing outstanding guest service.Applicants should have at least 1 year in a commercial kitchen, sound food safety knowledge, and strong teamwork abilities.
