Front of House Supervisor
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our hospitality team at Graze Bistro in Sale VIC.
This hands-on role is responsible for supervising day-to-day front of house operations while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise front of house staff during service
Deliver outstanding customer service
Assist with staff training and leadership
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
Ensure venue presentation and cleanliness standards are maintained
Assist with opening and closing procedures
About You
Previous hospitality supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and team focused
Flexible availability including nights and weekends
Current RSA Certificate essential
