We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction business delivering a high-quality hospitality fit-out project in North Sydney.
This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with a robust fit-out background who enjoys working on detailed, rapid-paced projects and takes pride in delivering a quality finish.
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring it is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities Managing the day-to-day running of the siteCoordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliersEnsuring works are completed in line with programme and project specificationsManaging site safety, inductions and WHS requirementsMonitoring quality and ensuring a high standard of finishCoordinating deliveries,



site logistics and accessLiaising with the Project Manager, consultants, client and subcontractorsIdentifying and resolving issues on siteMaintaining site documentation and reporting About You Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projectsHospitality, retail, or similar experience highly regardedStrong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site logisticsExcellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skillsA strong focus on safety, quality and programmeAbility to work autonomously and take ownership of the projectStrong communication and organisational skillsRelevant Australian construction experience
