GV Health invites applications for a Senior Social Worker in the Chronic Pain Clinic.
This fixed term part time position (0.6 EFT) runs until November ****, based at Graham Street, with 4 days per fortnight.
The role focuses on clinical assessment, planning and evidence-based intervention for clients with chronic pain and complex needs.
Join a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centred care, lead service development and participate in quality activities while benefiting from parental leave
