We are looking for a full time Urban Infrastructure Planner with experience in statutory planning, approvals and strategic planning in NSW for our client, or someone who is ready for a senior position as their next step in their career!
About the roleLeading a team of professionals, including mentoring,



coaching and providing technical guidanceDelivering private sector approvals with diversity of scale across a range of marketsEngaging with clients to support master planning, precinct planning or regional planning outcomesUtilising a strong appreciation of the role infrastructure in land use planningCollaborating with multidisciplinary project teamsPreparing reports to exceptional technical and editorial standardsManaging commercial risks and opportunitiesImproving or building key client relationshipsAbout the candidateExperience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planningMinimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate fieldAn ability to lead and motivate high performing teamsStrong communicator and natural collaboratorExperience navigating DA's, SSD's, or in undertaking strategic planning at precinct or development scale is highly regarded!
