You will:Draft and negotiate construction, procurement and development contractsAdvise on project delivery, variations, delay and risk allocationManage construction disputes from first advice through to resolutionGuide and mentor junior lawyersWhat you'll bring6+ years' PAE with construction experience across advisory and disputesAdmission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificateStrong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skillsCommercial judgement and the ability to lead a teamAdditional information$170K - $210K + super, set by experienceFront-end advisory and back-end disputes in one roleWork alongside a highly experienced construction partner
