About the role?
Based at our Robina Dealership, you will apply your skills to connect with and help our customers find finance and insurance solutions tailored to their purchasing needs.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
Building, developing, and fostering rapid customer relationships to ensure trust, satisfaction and loyalty
Presenting finance and insurance solutions in line with customer needs and compliance requirements
Professional execution of financial applications/settlements to achieve swift and positive customer outcomes
Adhering to set and best practice operating procedures, processes, data accuracy and integrity
Learning, building, and maintaining an excellent product knowledge base of the finance landscape, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and dealership policies.




Fostering strong cross-department relationships and collaboration with the sales teams
Meeting KPI accountability and other performance outcomes
RDO/Leave relief/support across New and Used with flexibility to cover our Nerang site as operations require
5-day work week with 4:30pm finish time on Saturdays (RDO: Weekday + Sunday)
What are we looking for?
Previous Sales or Business Manager experience in a Dealership environment is highly regarded
Minimum 3 years in a high-impact sales environment.
Passionate about creating a memorable customer experience that builds loyalty
KPI and goal-driven with a tenacious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
Ability to work autonomously and execute effective time management
Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
A Team Player who contributes to a fun and positive working environment
