This role will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners and agents.




This role will help the college develop a strategic objective and report to the Director or CEO.Main ResponsibilitiesRecruits students by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents.Develop and maintain relationships to drive integrated sales strategies within key recruitment channels such as education agents (national and international), partner colleges, businesses, and direct channelsBeing a key contact point with agents and potential students to support the college's business objectives.Assists the Director/ PEO with the implementation of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, and marketing events to promote the college.Plan, develop, and execute onshore and offshore missions (trips) to promote and drive sales.
This includes attending multi-brand events/exhibitions within the regional responsibilityWorking with the marketing team, assisting them with marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, website, etc. to deliver student salesMaximise revenue and growth with the help of strategic pricing planning, keeping in mind competitor pricing and budget pricing.Must maintain a high standard of client satisfaction and be able to maintain and develop relationships with key partners.Must be able to achieve sales targets.RequirementsBusiness/Marketing qualification and previous sales/ marketing experience in the education sector.Have 2 Years of Experience in student Recruitment.Good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under high pressureStrategic thinking and planningAmbitious, Passionate, highly committed & Self-MotivatedConfidence, resilience, and perseveranceMust be able to travel internationally and interstate.
