We're seeking an experienced HSE Manager with experience in Dangerous Goods.You'll take existing foundations, bring them together into a practical and sustainable HSE management system, strengthen governance and compliance, and help foster a positive safety culture that supports our people, customers and operations.If you're someone who enjoys building, influencing and creating lasting impact, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference.The OpportunityReporting to one of the Directors, you'll work across the organisation to strengthen health, safety and environmental practices while supporting leaders to manage risk effectively.This is a hands-on role that combines strategy and delivery.
You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to build capability, improve compliance, implement governance structures and support continuous improvement initiatives.Key areas of focus include:Building and embedding our client HSE Management SystemStrengthening risk management and incident reporting processesDriving compliance with WHS legislation and psychosocial risk obligationsSupporting environmental and sustainability reporting requirementsDeveloping practical policies,
