Diageo is seeking an operational leader to head the Bundaberg Distillation team, producing the current-make rum and ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient distillery operations.
You will guide production across site functions, maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement.Experience in rum is not essential; we offer training and development in fermentation, distillation, and spirits production to grow your expertise.
This is a hands-on role at Bundaberg.
