About the Role
As part of theOutcomex Project Management Office (PMO), you will assume full accountability forend-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution of large-scale ICT infrastructure deployments and integrations.
Reporting to thePMO Manager, you'll ensure all project activities are delivered on time and to deadlines, within scope and budget, while maintaining alignment with business objectives, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead theEnd-to-End Deliveryof complex, mission-critical ICT infrastructure projects.
Manage Builders and Trade Partners, ensuring all design, construct, and integration activities meet project objectives.
Engage withExecutive Management, Sponsors, Stakeholders, Vendors, and Internal Teamsto ensure seamless delivery.
Develop and manageProject Plans, Budgets, Schedules, Risks, and Governance Documentation.
Maintain strict control overScope, Change, Quality, and Resource Allocation.
ConductWorkshops, Coordination Meetings, and Project Briefingsto drive alignment across all delivery partners.
Provide clear,Proactive CommunicationandManage Escalationseffectively.
Serve as thePrimary Point of Contactfor assigned projects, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Prepare and present progress reports toExecutive Steering Committeesand senior leadership.
Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, or a similar related discipline (Mandatory)
Project Management Certification(Prince2 or PMP) (Mandatory)
ITIL Certification(Mandatory)

8+ years' experiencein aSenior ICT Project Managementrole within aProfessional Services environment(Mandatory)
Proven success managingcomplex, mission-critical ICT builds, integrations, migrations, and transformation projectsin aWaterfall environment(Mandatory)
Demonstrated experience managingBuilders and Trade pPartnersonDesign & Constructprojects (Mandatory)
Strong leadership across all project phases—managingScope, Cost, Quality, Schedule, Risks, and Decisions
Proven experience deliveringmulti-year, large-scale ICT programsto completion
AdvancedMicrosoft Projectscheduling and resource management expertise
ExceptionalStakeholder, Vendor, and Relationship Managementskills
ExcellentCommunication and Presentationskills across technical and executive levels
